blackmole - ghost (2017) EN

Dark droning hum with drowned samples, pieces of movies and piano keys. Like a gloomy night, like a gloomy life. Blackmole is a project from Petersburg offering exactly this kind of music.

"ghost" includes 13 tracks entitled mostly after things that haunt our lives and make them miserable. So we have failure, desolation, anxiety and more. These are the reasons why a person stops being human and becomes a ghost. These are not songs that can cheer us up and make us want to fight the reasons. Quite the opposite, it seems that they are mostly about coming to terms with their presence. Ambient disillusion. 

It's difficult to listen to at evening after a long day. But it's worth it as the album is just beautiful.
