IWKC, I Will Kill Chita, want to kill also their audience because after the great "Evil Bear Boris" they're finishing us off with loud and awesome post-rock from "Hladikarna". The sophisticated music by the Russians can't be met with indifference, IWKC combines guitar post-rock with elements of psychedelic and neoclassical music.
From the very first track, they expose their claws. Or more precisely, their raw, more brutal than seducing guitars. And together with them there is a lot of oriental folk influence on this album. Try to listen to "Samadhi" or "Emerald River" without tasting the Indian bazaar on your lips. Sometimes the folk adds up to the music's rhythm and catchiness, sometimes to the mood (like in the beginning of "Five Big Chillums"). Precisely the combination of gloomy guitars and multicolored East draws attention to "Hladikarna".
