The duo Pendro (Tim Jones) and Smallhaus (David Little) is made of British ambient and around-ambient musicians who joined their forces to create a charming EP called Debris.
Despite the title, the album's music is not a leftover from anything but the result of intense cooperation. It's made of guitar and synth sounds heavily distracted and re-formed so they induce the state of melancholic thoughtfulness. The synth backgrounds add the gloomy melodies while the foreground's experiments intrigue. It's hard to explain this work in different way than the artists themselves saying that it's "ranging from glitchy ambient techno to ritualistic psych and synth and eBow driven ambient drones".
