Deer Buffalo - Murmur (2019) EN

You can safely say that the Internet knows nothing about Deer Buffalo. Except for the fact that they put some international level American shoegaze on their short EP released by Perfect Fourth Music.

Loud wall of guitar sounds crushing the audience from the first second of the first track and hidden behind it exceptionally airy vocal, this is what characterizes the project's music. It's all, you may say, normal thing for shoegaze, but still, Deer Buffalo make it all even more. The dense layer of music doesn't let too much of the vocal through, but that's not the point, vocal is only a tool to make the whole thing more ethereal. I'd love to hear more from Deer Buffalo. Perhaps soon?
