Music project of Matthew Chastney from Great Britain, the compositor, usually creating soundtracks, this time reached for the orchestral/neoclassical beauty in this sad, sad ballad. Two versions of the track, one instrumental, one with the phenomenal vocals by Axel Mansoor cost 1 USD.
Dumb Numbers - The Longest Goodbye
Two songs from the American project revolving around the Adam Harding and Dale Crover duo. Their music involves a lot of cello-generated atmosphere and rumbling and clear sounds of the drums. And this makes the background for melancholic vocals. A music to feel to, also in the second, instrumentally experimental track. Both cost 2 USD.
Flights of Helios - I Feel / Gulo Gulo #1
Again some neoclassical instruments, this time employed by the Oxford-based band's art rock. In this single, slowish compositions, soul-pop vocals and dense atmosphere dominate. Two songs cost whatever you want to pay.
Small Planets - Breathe
This time something strictly guitar-based. Shoegazing rock with charming vocals and ear-catching melodies make the music by the band from California. This is the first track here, the second makes top class post-rock. Both of them together cost 3 USD.
Soular Order - Below / Waves
Manchester-based artist's single released by City By Night Records is all about very ambient, very dense and very airy (those barely audible, foggy vocals!) soundscapes. Perfect to melt away to in the late night. Two tracks cost whatever you want to pay.
